1. Overview of Services
Nexus World is an independent creative technology studio operated by founders Pronab Chakraborty and Sarwar Jahan. We provide bespoke website design, technical SEO remediation, custom web application development, and workflow automation services.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Ownership, licensing and transfer timing for project deliverables are defined in the signed project agreement. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
3. Nexus Fix Lab Diagnostic Terms
The Nexus Fix Lab provides a free, objective technical review of publicly available website code, server response headers, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability. Submitting a website URL does not establish an ongoing agency contract. The report is provided for informational and diagnostic purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
Nexus World aims to follow accessibility, performance and security standards. Acceptance requirements are agreed for each project. However, we do not guarantee specific organic search ranking positions on third-party search engines like Google, as ranking algorithms are controlled independently by search providers.
